Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Smart Zip mobile application. By using Smart Zip, you agree to these terms.
Use of the App
Smart Zip provides tools to import, compress, extract, preview, manage, and share files. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not violate the rights of others.
Your Files
You are responsible for the files you import, create, compress, extract, store, upload, or share using Smart Zip. Please make backups of important files. Mobirizer is not responsible for lost, damaged, deleted, or incorrectly shared files.
Cloud Services
Smart Zip may allow you to connect third-party cloud services such as Dropbox. Your use of those services is also governed by the terms and privacy policies of the relevant provider. Mobirizer is not responsible for third-party cloud service availability, security, login issues, or account restrictions.
Purchases and Ads
The app may include ads or optional purchases. Purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms, billing rules, refund policies, and subscription settings.
Intellectual Property
Smart Zip, including its design, branding, text, graphics, and app features, is owned by Mobirizer or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the app except as allowed by law.
Prohibited Use
- Do not use Smart Zip to store, create, upload, or share illegal content.
- Do not attempt to damage, overload, or interfere with the app or connected services.
- Do not misuse cloud service access or another person's files or account.
No Warranty
Smart Zip is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will always be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or compatible with every file type or device configuration.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobirizer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of files, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of access to third-party services.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Smart Zip after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
